Common questions

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can deploy in simulation mode (no real infrastructure) and explore the dashboard for free. Connect your DigitalOcean account when you're ready to go live.
What counts as a "deployment"?
A deployment is a provisioned droplet with a live URL. We don't count re-deployments or config changes — only the initial provisioning of a new droplet.
Where does my infrastructure actually run?
Your droplets run on DigitalOcean. We provision them, configure DNS, SSL, and CDN, and hand you a production-ready URL — no manual setup required.
What's the 99.9% SLA on Pro?
If your Pro deployment is down for more than 0.1% of any month (≈ 43 minutes), you get a credit. We run on DO's infrastructure so uptime is genuinely high — this is mostly about accountability.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Monthly plans have no commitment. Cancel from the dashboard and your access continues until the end of the billing period.
